Helnwein studio, Downtown L.A.
BREAKFAST AT THE STUDIO WITH FRANZ MORAK, AUSTRIAN SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE ARTS AND MEDIA.
Franz Morak, Austrian Secretary of State for the Arts and Media, and Mr Peter Launsky-Tieffenthal, Consul General of Austria, visited Helnwein's studio in Downtown Los Angeles and had Breakfast there.
Together then, they walked to the nearby Los Angeles Geffen Museum of Contemporary Art to meet with curators, who gave them a tour of the museum. |

They met again in the afternoon at the residence of the Consul General of Austria in Brentwood Park, where H.E. Franz Morak presented the "Austrian Cross of Honor for Science and Art" to composer Peter Wolf, a long time friend of Gottfried Helnwein.
